You’d have a hard time arguing that Fall isn’t the best season of all. Football, cooler weather, pumpkin spice, Halloween, Thanksgiving, FOOD!, seriously it’s the best. I was thinking ahead to my due date and thinking I probably should just do one décor suits all for Fall, Halloween then Thanksgiving, but I know better than to make promises I can’t keep. I just picked up a couple Halloween items at Home Goods and I’ve already started on a plan for Thanksgiving :-/. What can I say, I’m a decorating spaz….
For Fall, I kept it pretty traditional in the main living area and kitchen, but kept it all white, black and gold in the dining room and my office area. I held back as long as I possibly could, for my husband’s sake, but as soon as he said UVA had their first game today, I knew I could use that as an excuse to get the Fall gear out! I started last weekend and it’s only fitting that I am finished and ready to share on college game day.
So here it is y’all….
Starting in the living room
And over to my work space. I kept it minimal and used black, white and gold so as not to clash too much with the traditional décor, but also keep the spaces feeling separate.
I recently put my couch cover back on this couch. I don’t know what took me so long to put it back. I actually think I forgot I had it But it’s on now and I am happy.

And into the kitchen. I always keep it simple in the kitchen because cluttered counters drive me insane in the membrane.
And finally, the dining room. I think this is my favorite room.
And there you have it folks, my fall décor! I know some of you are still dealing with warmer temps, but like I tell my husband, it’s fall in here!! Happy decorating y’all!
Everything looks great. You are so talented & frugal. You inspire me.
